Couple Half-Slip · Swallowtail Cut, 执子之手 / 与子偕老
$46.00
One sentence brushed once, then cut with a swallowtail notch — each of you keeps the half that only makes sense with the other. Made to order: about 7 days of hand work before dispatch.
Description
A single strip of xuan paper, 12 × 48 cm, carrying one sentence brushed in one sitting: 执子之手 on your half, 与子偕老 on theirs — the line is from the Book of Songs, old enough to belong to everyone. While the paper is still joined, a cinnabar seal is stamped across the middle; then one cut with a swallowtail notch, so the two edges fit only each other and each half keeps half the mark. Tap the companion card and the audio note you recorded together plays — the chip sleeps in the card, never in the paper. Neither half is sold alone and neither is reprinted as a pair; if one is lost, order the refill, and the new half’s ink shade will differ from the old one, honestly. Page image is a typeset layout preview (Source Han fonts, OFL) — the finished piece is brushed or carved by a human hand, so strokes, edges and stone colour will not match the preview. 页面图为排版示意,成品为真人手写/手刻。
